DevOps Engineer

WIN Home Inspection is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join its dynamic team in Noida, India. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility to qualified candidates. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in building modern, scalable technology platforms that support our nationwide home services network. Your responsibilities will include automating, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to establish a robust foundation for our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to design secure and scalable systems, develop automated Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and ensure the smooth and reliable operation of all environments. What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, including services such as EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, SQS, Route53, and Load Balancers.
• Build and maintain containerized environments utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.
• Ensure the high availability, performance, and security of all systems.
• Drive automation initiatives, enhance documentation, and implement best practices for deployment and release processes.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure reliable and efficient software releases.
• Lead disaster recovery planning, data backup strategies, and failover procedures.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering role, with proven hands-on expertise.
• Deep expertise in AWS, including EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, covering deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code technologies including Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Solid Linux administration skills and scripting capabilities in bash and Python.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, load balancers, DNS, and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• (Bonus) Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure is a plus.
