Gamemano is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida, India. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our development and operations workflows, driving efficiency and reliability across our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other cross-functional teams to enhance our continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Design, implement, and manage automated deployment pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain and improve configuration management, infrastructure as code (IaC), and infrastructure automation scripts.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures to enhance system resilience.
• Implement and enforce security best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across major providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as on-premises servers.
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration using leading technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate on capacity planning and scaling strategies to meet evolving business demands.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the DevOps landscape.
• Gain and leverage experience in the deployment and maintenance of open-source tools.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field; a Master's degree is considered a plus.
• Proven track record in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Shell, Ruby, or others.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies, including Jenkins, Travis CI, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of monitoring and log management tools such as Prometheus and the ELK stack.
• Awareness of security principles and experience implementing security best practices in infrastructure and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
