Full Job Description
RXO Inc. is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This full-time role requires a candidate with 4-10 years of experience and offers a budget of up to 25 LPA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, and CI/CD pipelines. The successful applicant will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across both cloud and on-premise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Cloud Management
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and fault-tolerant systems across GCP and on-premise data centers.
- Ensure high availability and optimize system performance.
Kubernetes Administration
- Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters effectively.
- Implement robust security best practices and comprehensive cluster monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
CI/CD & DevOps Automation
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps (Azure Pipelines).
- Work extensively with YAML-based pipeline configurations.
- Continuously improve deployment automation and release processes.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code principles using Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Automate provisioning and streamline environment management.
Monitoring & Observability
- Implement effective logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
- Ensure system reliability and facilitate proactive issue resolution.
Collaboration & Security
- Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize DevOps workflows.
- Uphold infrastructure security standards and ensure compliance adherence.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, including cluster setup, scaling, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major Cloud Platform (GCP is preferred).
- Proficiency in CI/CD implementation using Azure Pipelines.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or OpenTofu.
- Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Scripting skills (Python/Bash) are preferred.
- A good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in C# or Java is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 4-10 years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in Kubernetes, GCP, or Azure are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
