DevOps Engineer - Kolkata

Join our dynamic team as a DevOps Engineer in Kolkata, bringing 1-2 years of experience to automate and streamline our software development and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with development and operations to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient systems.

Role Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Implementation: Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
• Infrastructure as Code: Manage and provision infrastructure with tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• System Monitoring & Performance: Monitor application and infrastructure performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Collaboration: Work with software developers, QA, and IT operations for seamless, automated deployment processes.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain system and process documentation, adhering to DevOps best practices.

Skills & Technologies:

• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible.
• Operating Systems: Linux/Unix administration.
• Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (optional).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
