DevOps Engineer

About the Role

AlgoSec helps leading organizations secure application connectivity across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, trusted by over 2,200 global entities. We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our growing R&D organization in Gurugram (Hybrid role). This is an opportunity with a profitable cybersecurity company offering strong market traction and growth potential.

What You'll Do

• Promote agile development processes across AlgoSec's network security products suite.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD solutions on AWS using Jenkins.
• Manage the build environment (CI), software, and OS; manage multiple AWS accounts.
• Collaborate with various teams to create DevOps solutions.
• Troubleshoot and solve CI and production problems effectively.

What We're Looking For

• BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps roles (Senior Level).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Establishing CI/CD procedures and working with Linux, Bash, Python/Java/Groovy scripting.
• Familiarity with Git source control (Bitbucket or GitLab).
• Deep understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms and Docker/Kubernetes containerization.
• Solid grasp of Prompt Engineering principles; proven ability to use AI chatbot tools for test creation, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
• Experience with AI-powered coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and developing/configuring MCPs & AI Agents within development environments.
• Proactive, open-minded team player with high integrity, strong organization skills, and excellent English communication abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Java/Maven, ELK stack, Kafka.
• RAG pipelines, semantic search (vector databases).
• Transforming non-agentic SDLC into agentic systems/SDLC.
