DevOps Engineer

About the Role

The DevOps & Cloud Engineer role involves working on innovative financial technology projects that combine domain expertise with cutting-edge tools. This position offers hands-on experience building real-world systems through project-based work in a dynamic FinTech startup environment.

Assigned Projects:

• Design and deliver a production-grade, zero-downtime CI/CD pipeline
• Deliver a complete multi-region disaster recovery architecture for PaySecure Gateway
• Build a comprehensive Infrastructure Cost Optimisation (FinOps) Framework targeting 33% cost reduction without compromising performance or compliance
• Create a security-hardened Kubernetes platform implementing zero-trust policies, RBAC, HashiCorp Vault, and Falco runtime detection

Key Responsibilities:

You will design production-grade CI/CD pipelines for NovaPay Digital Bank adhering to RBI Master Direction and PCI-DSS v4. You will architect disaster recovery solutions ensuring business continuity across regions. Additionally, you will optimize cloud infrastructure costs via FinOps frameworks and secure Kubernetes platforms with full compliance standards.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Students in High School through MBA programs or fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome.
• No prior work experience required.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD principles is preferred.
• Interest in FinOps, disaster recovery, and platform reliability engineering essential.
