About the Role
The DevOps & Cloud Engineer role involves building innovative financial technology projects combining domain expertise with cutting-edge tools. You will gain hands-on experience in a FinTech startup environment through project-based work, specifically designing production-grade systems for digital banks and gateways.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver zero-downtime CI/CD pipelines (blue-green/canary deployments) compliant with RBI Master Direction and PCI-DSS v4 for NovaPay Digital Bank.
- Create multi-region disaster recovery architectures for PaySecure Gateway ensuring resilience across regions.
- Build an Infrastructure Cost Optimisation and FinOps Framework targeting minimum 33% cost reduction while maintaining performance and compliance.
- Develop security-hardened Kubernetes platforms implementing zero-trust, least-privilege RBAC, HashiCorp Vault, Falco runtime detection for PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance (FinServ Digital).
Eligibility & Qualifications
Ideal for students in any discipline or fresh graduates with no prior experience required. Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps is preferred.
