About the Role

The DevOps & Cloud Engineer role combines domain expertise with cutting-edge tools in a FinTech startup environment. You will gain hands-on experience building real-world systems through project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver production-grade, zero-downtime CI/CD pipelines for NovaPay Digital Bank, including blue-green/canary deployments and automated compliance gates (RBI Master Direction, PCI-DSS v4).
  • Create complete multi-region disaster recovery architectures for PaySecure Gateway.
  • Build an Infrastructure Cost Optimisation and FinOps Framework achieving minimum 33% cost reduction while maintaining performance and compliance for LendFlow Technologies.
  • Develop security-hardened Kubernetes platforms with zero-trust policies, least-privilege RBAC, HashiCorp Vault integration, and full PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance for FinServ Digital.
