DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the founding India team of our high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company. You will be responsible for running and optimizing cloud infrastructure in partnership with Flexiple.

Your Mission

• Maintain fast deployments and reliable infrastructure.
• Ensure engineering teams remain unblocked by removing operational bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple microservices and development teams.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Reduce manual toil through custom scripting and advanced tooling with Bash, Python, or Go on Linux systems.

Infrastructure & Reliability

• Operate and scale production environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation strategies to ensure system health.
• Lead incident response efforts and drive blameless post-mortems for continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional with 3–7 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or infrastructure engineering. You must have hands-on expertise with public cloud platforms and IaC practices. Strong scripting skills and familiarity with Linux system administration are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Production-grade Kubernetes experience.
• Certification in AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
• Exposure to security protocols or compliance requirements within regulated environments.
