DevOps Engineer II

As a DevOps Engineer II, you will leverage your 3+ years of experience to:

• Deploy and maintain infrastructure for Bottomline solutions in cloud and customer on-premise environments.
• Enhance automation for build and deployment processes.
• Monitor system, application, and network performance and availability.
• Implement DevSecOps practices.
• Design scalable network deployment architectures and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and technologies.
• Utilize your strong understanding of the end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle.
• Apply your strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Gitlab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Employ experience in container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Leverage experience with infrastructure-as-code frameworks like Terraform and Puppet.
• Implement monitoring and observability using the ELK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, VPN, routing tables, etc.).
• Preferred qualifications include a basic understanding of Database, Java programming, multi-tier architecture, web development, Service-Oriented Architecture, Object-Oriented design, modern engineering best practices, and excellent communication skills.
• Additional preferred skills include experience with queuing systems (SQL, PLSQL), AWS DevOps, a passion for IT learning, knowledge of Agile programming, financial industry understanding, web application development with modern frameworks, RESTful API design, ORM concepts, software testing, and Web Server/Application Server deployments (Weblogic, Apache Tomcat).

This is a Permanent Job opportunity with a salary range of INR 400,000-600,000.
