Full Job Description
Experian seeks a skilled DevOps Engineer to oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of our infrastructure and applications. This role involves close collaboration with development and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration and delivery of software products and services.
This is a hybrid role, based in Hyderabad, India, and is an individual contributor (non-managerial) position reporting to your manager.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with over 5 years of IT industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a DevOps Engineer with comprehensive knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, alongside proficiency in scripting languages including Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Harness, GitLab CI, and CircleCI, and utilizing REST APIs for automation development.
- A solid understanding of networking, security, system administration, and monitoring/logging tools including Dynatrace and CloudWatch.
- Experience managing file transfer solutions with Axway Secure Transport or similar Managed File Transfer platforms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible is desired.
