DevOps Engineer

The DevOps Engineer role at Real Time Data Services requires expertise in designing, deploying, and managing advanced cloud-based systems. You will work on Go (Golang) for production-grade concurrency, error handling, and Kubernetes controllers (client-go, controller-runtime, Kubebuilder/Operator SDK). A Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent production experience is mandatory, along with hands-on Kubernetes management for multi-tenant clusters, RBAC, Helm, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Docker, private/public cloud platforms (OpenStack preferred), and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures is essential. Strong Linux administration skills, networking expertise (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, TLS), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) are required. Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki), and scripting (Python/Bash) are critical. Experience with serverless (Knative, OpenFaaS), GPU infrastructure (NVIDIA device plugin), and CNCF projects is a plus. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional or Microsoft AZ-400 is highly valued. The role demands 3–6 years of DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a commitment to shaping RTDS’s future in cloud computing.
