DevOps Engineer - Delhi NCR

Curapersonal Private Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience. This role focuses on automating, optimizing, and maintaining development and deployment pipelines. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure high system reliability, scalability, and security within the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

CI/CD Implementation & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for applications and microservices.
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and code quality checks into pipelines.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and optimize build and deployment performance.
• Support blue-green and rolling deployment strategies.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Develop reusable and modular IaC templates.
• Automate environment setup for development, staging, and production.
• Ensure infrastructure consistency across environments.
• Maintain version control for infrastructure configurations.

Containerization & Orchestration

• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Kubernetes.
• Optimize container performance and resource utilization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience implementing high-availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Exposure to security best practices in DevOps environments.
