DevOps Engineer at Curapersonal Private Limited - Delhi NCR
Curapersonal Private Limited is seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in Delhi NCR. This role is crucial for automating and streamlining our development, testing, and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building robust CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our systems. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize release cycles and maintain highly available systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
- Automate build, test, and deployment procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Manage infrastructure provisioning and configuration through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform and Ansible.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, application health, and infrastructure metrics proactively.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective preventive measures.
- Administer and maintain Linux/Unix-based servers and environments.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and readiness for disaster recovery scenarios.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across all infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve DevOps processes and workflows.
- Document system configurations, deployment procedures, and operational guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Understanding of fundamental networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
- Experience working with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or related fields.

Salary Range: INR 300,000 - 500,000
