DevOps Engineer

This role is for one of our clients, Rozana, a fast-growing tech-driven commerce platform focused on building scalable digital solutions that streamline operations and enhance customer experience. They are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to build and maintain reliable, automated infrastructure for their high-traffic e-commerce environments. The position is based in Delhi, India, and requires a work-from-office arrangement. Rozana utilizes AI tools to assist in the hiring process, but all final decisions are human-led.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment processes. You will work closely with the development, QA, and product teams to ensure fast, reliable, and secure software delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP using Infrastructure as Code.
• Manage containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or similar tools.
• Monitor system performance and set up alerting and observability for production environments.
• Ensure security best practices across infrastructure, deployments, and access management.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the software release process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or SRE role.
• Strong proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog).
• Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancers, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
