DevOps Engineer

About the Role

Provenir seeks a DevOps Engineer to architect and evolve our next-generation cloud platform using an AI-first operational mindset. You will act as a hands-on technical authority, bridging complex product requirements with robust GitOps-driven infrastructure design.

Your Mission

• Architect & Innovate: Own the AWS ecosystem roadmap, transitioning from standard automation to self-service models using modern GitOps workflows.
• Kubernetes Operations: Direct EKS and K8s evolution with advanced orchestration (ArgoCD), mTLS security, and intelligent scaling via Cast.ai.
• Ci/CD Modernization: Optimize delivery pipelines by transitioning from Jenkins toward cloud-native solutions like AWS CodeBuild and Step Functions for seamless deployments across the data lifecycle.
• AIOps Integration: Implement self-healing infrastructure, proactive anomaly detection, and autonomous optimizations using AI tools like Cursor.
• Data Infrastructure: Ensure high availability for large-scale environments involving Kafka, Druid, and Athena.

Your Technical Arsenal

You will leverage expert-level AWS skills (VPC, Networking), deep Kubernetes experience (EKS, mTLS), advanced IaC with Terraform/Ansible, Python/Bash scripting, and observability tools like Grafana. Familiarity with GitOps principles and AI/ML applications in operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles managing large-scale environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and foster innovation.
