About the Role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Bangalore office with an onsite hybrid schedule. You will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs to support mature CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines.
- Build tools that reduce errors and improve user experience.
- Create integrations with internal back-end systems.
- Perform root cause analysis on production issues and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Design observability tools for the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure.
- Maintain developer resources, ensuring continuous security updates are applied.
What You Need to Bring
Proficiency with Git/GitLab workflows and strong knowledge of Java, Groovy, or Python. Experience with Docker containerization and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins is essential. We also value candidates with experience in AI prompt engineering, a collaborative team spirit, fluency in English, and a proven problem-solving attitude.
Experience & Education
A Bachelor's or Advanced University degree (MBA preferred) plus 2-4 years of related work experience is required. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and operational environments is highly valued.
