About the Role

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our AI-powered application modernization platform (NEXUS) for client production environments. This is a unique hybrid role combining Platform Engineering with Technical Advisory, requiring you to design multi-cloud infrastructure while partnering directly with client IT groups.

Your Mission

• Design underlying multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Partner with client stakeholders to establish SysOps frameworks tailored for their enterprise environments.
• Leverage AI-driven automation tools for provisioning and AIOps integration (anomaly detection & remediation).

Key Responsibilities

SysOps Partnership: Serve as the primary technical partner to client IT groups, guiding them on best practices. Manage platform lifecycles via Helm charts and ensure seamless integration with existing monitoring systems.

AIOps & Automation: Architect AI-assisted workflows for automated infrastructure provisioning across multi-cloud environments. Integrate our AIOps platform to enable proactive incident response and maintain a dynamic knowledge base for root-cause analysis (RCA).

Platform Development: Evolve Helm-based platform layers and Terraform modules for standardized, secure deployments on AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with a client-facing advisory mindset.
• IaC Expertise: Production-grade Terraform experience for modular, multi-cloud frameworks.
• AIOps & Observability: Hands-on experience managing AIOps platforms and automated observability stacks.
• Automation: Demonstrated ability to build self-service provisioning systems that reduce operational toil.
• Kubernetes: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Helm chart development, and atomic releases for complex multi-service platforms.
