What You'll Do
- Possess hands-on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CSD, Odata, Gateway, IDOC, Adobe Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, UI5, Fiori, ATC, and code inspector configurations.
- Demonstrate experience in leading teams and driving various initiatives.
- Must have SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience from the Prepare/Explore phase through the Run phase.
- Highly preferred: Deep understanding of BTP architecture and BTP services.
- Highly preferred: Experience building applications on SAP BTP Platform (BTP-Restful Application Programming).
- Highly preferred: Experience in Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk).
- Highly preferred: S/4HANA conversion knowledge.
- Knowledge of open standards like Cloud Foundry will be appreciated.
- Experience with SAP BAS and SAP BTP Cockpit.
- Strong experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other Front-end Web Application development frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE.
- Good onsite lead experience with customer handling roles is a definite plus.
- Possess strong business process knowledge in one or two SAP Functional areas.
- Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager.
- Must have experience with scope and requirement management for WRICEF, S/4HANA conversions & custom code remediation.
- Exhibit conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and communicate with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.
- Own/Acquire relevant SAP Business AI skills to position and deliver SAP’s AI offerings to customers.
- Enhance adoption/consumption of various SAP AI offerings in customer use cases.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree – Regular Full Time.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP Development Domain on Implementation and Conversion Projects (excluding support project experience).
- 1 to 4 years of SAP BTP Extension Development Experience.
- Developments on Retail, Embedded EWM, and Transportation Management are an added advantage.
- Travel ready.
Additional Requirements for Senior Development Consultant and Development Consultant
- Lead/Sub-Lead Experience in S/4HANA Projects (Conversion and Implementation; excluding support projects).
