Associate Manager - Full Stack Developer at Sportz Interactive (Goregaon, Mumbai)

Sportz Interactive is seeking a skilled Associate Manager - Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic team in Goregaon, Mumbai. This role is instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance, scalable web applications. You will leverage your expertise in frontend and backend technologies to drive end-to-end delivery and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Take ownership of end-to-end development for complex web applications.
• Architect and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Lead development efforts using React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, security, and performance.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, UX, and QA teams on solution design.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
• Work closely with Product Managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver exceptional product experiences.
• Ensure adherence to responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development principles.
• Participate in R&D initiatives, staying abreast of emerging technologies and contributing to innovation.
• Provide on-call support during critical events and system deployments.
• Represent Sportz Interactive in technical discussions, client meetings, and project reviews.

Educational & Professional Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Science from a Tier 1 institute is mandatory.
• Alternatively, a strong professional background with experience in reputable product companies, global technology firms, or high-growth startups with robust engineering practices is acceptable.

Required Background and Experience:

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Full Stack development.
• In-depth hands-on expertise in React.js, including Hooks, Context, and state management libraries.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with Next.js, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and SEO optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, SSO).
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and scalable architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
• Solid understanding of application scalability, performance tuning, and maintainability.
• Experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS), Redis Cache, and CI/CD pipelines.

This is a full-time position based in Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
