Development Engineer

Join our engineering team to design and build scalable, reliable backend systems powering core enterprise platforms. You will develop microservices, optimize performance, and implement resilience patterns in a distributed system environment.

• Create robust event-driven architectures using Kafka and modern APIs.
• Leverage AI tools for development while maintaining high code quality through rigorous testing and reviews.
• Work with diverse technologies including Java (Spring Boot), Python, Kotlin, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and ElasticSearch.
• Mentor team members and drive engineering excellence in a fast-paced retail technology environment.

Requirements:

• 5-9 years of experience with Java, distributed systems design, and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD pipelines, observability, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and system reliability is a plus.
