Development Engineer 2

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Development Engineer (IAM) to design and maintain automation solutions for Identity and Access Management systems. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, database expertise, and the ability to work within enterprise environments in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software components and automation supporting IAM platforms and workflows.
• Manage user lifecycle functionality including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access changes in enterprise systems.
• Develop scripts (e.g., VBScript, PowerShell) to automate operational processes.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on access control implementations using protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

Required Skills

Mandatory: Strong experience in Java/C#, SQL proficiency, scripting languages (VBScript/PowerShell), and enterprise application development.
Preferred: IAM concepts, Active Directory/LDAP knowledge, and familiarity with SailPoint or Azure AD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer.
