Overview: iDream Education is seeking a growth-focused Web Developer for our Gurugram office. You will be instrumental in creating seamless, fast, and high-converting website experiences that communicate our core mission: 'Breaking Learning Barriers.' This role is crucial for transforming visitors into partners and advocates who support our vision for tangible impact.

Our flagship product, iPrep, is a comprehensive K-12 learning platform designed for both offline and online use. It is bilingual and compatible with various devices and operating systems, delivering curriculum-aligned digital content for all subjects across grades 1-12 in English, Hindi, and regional languages. iPrep offers solutions such as iPrep Digital Class, iPrep Digital Library, iPrep PAL, iPrep Tablets, and the iPrep App.

Core Responsibilities:

• Web & Infrastructure Management: Ensure the performance, security, and 100% uptime of our digital storefronts. Manage domain, server governance (DNS, SSL, hosting on Cloudflare/AWS), and implement robust WordPress security measures.
• Growth & Conversion Optimization: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages, utilizing A/B testing tools and page builders to drive lead generation. Integrate web forms with CRM and marketing automation tools for seamless data flow.
• Advanced Tracking & Data Integrity: Implement and manage tracking schemas via Google Tag Manager (GTM), including Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Google Ads. Configure GA4 for granular event tracking and analysis of user behavior to identify and resolve drop-off points.
• Universal Access & Technical SEO: Optimize for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS) to ensure accessibility on all devices and networks. Implement JSON-LD Schema for improved search engine visibility and optimize assets (images, scripts) for fast loading.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP (WordPress-specific).
• Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with basic PHP for backend customizations and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• 1-4 years of full-time web development experience.
• Commitment to a long-term role (2-3 years) to contribute to product scaling.
