About the Role

Join The Filling & Saving team at 1Password, where we build the core experience for filling and saving your most important data online. As part of a high-growth company with over $400M in ARR and a Forbes Cloud 100 spot, you will help set new standards in password management and unified sign-in capabilities across platforms.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for new features and existing products using TypeScript and React.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, QA teams, and the open-source community to advance user experience in a dynamic environment.
• Mentor junior developers through pair programming sessions and technical guidance while upholding high coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

You will contribute to our mission by thoughtfully integrating AI tools into every stage of software development—from accelerating code reviews with AI-assisted coding and debugging earlier bugs, to synthesizing user research at scale. What You Bring

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development with proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• A drive for quality demonstrated through proven adherence to best practices, coding standards, and rigorous testing methodologies.
• Passion for solving complex problems effectively while collaborating within diverse teams.

Bonus Points

• Experience building browser extensions for Chromium, Firefox, or Safari.
• Familiarity with Rust, Go, or related systems languages.
• Hands-on experience with Web APIs including DOM features, Navigation API, and IndexedDB API.

This remote opportunity is open to candidates in the US ($123k–$172k) and Canada ($111k–$155k).
