About the Role

You will provide support to assigned teams and progress through on-the-job learning into advanced roles within Technology areas including Engineering, Software Development, Quality Testing, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Security Operations, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in fast-paced environments with specialized individuals across cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and deploy complex solutions.
- Help test program code and applications supporting HCSC's business goals using Java (Required) and Spring Boot (Preferred).
- Analyze data responsibly, prepare business presentations, validate information, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining technical documentation.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor Degree with 2 years IT experience OR Technical Certification/Courses plus 4 years experience OR 6+ years IT experience. Experience in web technologies (Java/HTML/CSS) and traditional languages (COBOL/Perl). Proficiency in scripting languages like Python/BASH is a plus.
Compensation
