Developer Support Engineer

We are seeking a Developer Support Engineer (EMEA Shift) in Bengaluru / Bangalore to join our team and shape the future of software development. You will troubleshoot complex CI/CD scenarios, develop automation scripts, set up applications across various environments, analyze logs/system parameters, reproduce customer issues, maintain knowledge bases, and collaborate with R&D/QA/Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and investigate complex customer CI/CD scenarios.
• Develop debugging and automation scripts using Bash, Python, and Groovy.
• Set up JFrog applications and 3rd party products in diverse development environments.
• Analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, JVM, and OS parameters.
• Maintain a knowledge base of known issues and solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of technical support experience (DevOps industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Java or other compiled languages with strong debugging skills.
• Linux expertise and customer-facing communication abilities.
• Experience managing escalated cases across multiple architectures/platforms.
• Familiarity with databases, LDAP, NGINX, Apache Tomcat.
• Mandatory experience with AWS OR Azure OR GCP cloud platforms.
