
Developer Support Engineer
Full Job Description
Join JFrog as a Developer Support Engineer and contribute to the evolution of software development. You will be instrumental in resolving complex customer CI/CD challenges and providing innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, developing automation scripts in Bash, Python, and Groovy, setting up JFrog applications and third-party products, analyzing technical logs and system parameters, reproducing customer issues, and contributing to bug and feature requests. You will also maintain and enhance a knowledge base, collaborate with internal teams like R&D, QA, Release, and Sales, and potentially work flexible hours. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of technical support experience, an understanding of compiled languages like Java, customer-facing experience, Linux proficiency, strong debugging skills, and familiarity with databases, LDAP, NGINX, and Apache Tomcat. Experience in the DevOps industry and with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required. This is a permanent role based in Bengaluru (Bellandur) with a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in the office and operating on an IST shift from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
