Your Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and investigate escalated customer issues involving multiple architectures across Linux environments.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, and Groovy for debugging and efficiency.
• Configure JFrog applications and integrate third-party products in diverse development setups.
• Analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic, JVM metrics, and OS parameters to resolve incidents.
• Maintain an extensive knowledge base of known issues and solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, Release, and Sales teams in a hybrid model (3 days/week on-site).

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support within the DevOps industry.
• Strong understanding of Java or other compiled languages with excellent debugging skills.
• Proficiency in Linux and managing complex, escalated cases across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with databases, LDAP, NGINX, and Apache Tomcat.
• Mandatory experience with AWS OR Azure OR GCP cloud environments.
