Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-person attendance at an assigned office location (minimum two days per week).

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries to improve development efficiency.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to code reviews and actively participate in technical discussions.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• 4+ years of experience in frontend/web application development using React.js (Senior Level).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, frontend architecture, and modern web development practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js (Redux, Context API).
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and DSA concepts.
