Zoho Developer Role Overview:

We are looking for a Zoho Developer with hands-on experience in developing, customizing, automating, and integrating solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should be technically strong in Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Deluge, Client Scripts, Widgets, Node.js, and REST APIs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Zoho CRM: Advanced customization, workflows, blueprints, automation, layouts, and API integrations.
• Zoho Creator: Application development, forms, reports, workflows, and API integrations.
• Zoho Desk: Ticket workflows, blueprints, layouts, and automation.
• Deluge: Strong scripting and business logic automation.
• Client Scripts: UI customization, validations, and event-based automation in Zoho CRM.
• Zoho Widgets: Custom widget development and embedding.
• Node.js: Middleware development and REST API integrations.
• Integration Technologies: REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth, and JSON.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize solutions across the Zoho ecosystem based on business requirements.
• Build automated workflows and business processes using Deluge, Client Scripts, and Zoho automation tools.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho applications and third-party platforms.
• Build Node.js middleware for secure and efficient data exchange.
• Develop custom applications and reports using Zoho Creator.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and enhance existing implementations.
• Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Zoho solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Zoho One environment.
• Exposure to lead management, telephony, or CRM integrations.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or B2C environments would be an added advantage.
