About the Role: Developer L3 (Fullstack Java Enterprise)

Role Purpose:

To develop and test software modules based on client requirements while preparing comprehensive project documentation. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery in a modern digital transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering Requirements: Assist in conducting workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.
• Coding & Configuration: Develop and deliver code for assigned modules using Fullstack Java Enterprise, ensuring proper integration with system components. Work on assigned modules adhering to standard practices and documentation protocols.
• Testing & Trial Runs: Execute testing for assigned modules, validate functionality across required interactions, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, and assist in root cause analysis to identify bugs and errors.
• Implementation: Participate in the implementation of software applications and their integration with other systems to ensure stability.
• Maintaining Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on project specifications, activities, and status. Present information using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, and clear, well-structured documentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Technical Skill: Fullstack Java Enterprise Development.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant role (Mid to Senior level).
