Role Overview: Developer L3 at Wipro

Purpose of Role

To develop, test, and deploy software modules aligned with client requirements while ensuring high-quality delivery through close coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering Requirements: Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to capture business process needs.
• Coding & Configuration: Develop code for assigned modules using standard practices, ensuring seamless system integration.
• Testing & UAT: Execute functional tests, validate interactions, participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist in root cause analysis.
• Implementation: Drive software application deployment and ensure stability during system integrations.
• Maintenance & Documentation: Create detailed reports, flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments to document project specifications and status.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet industry standards.
