Role Purpose

This role focuses on developing and testing software modules based on client requirements while preparing comprehensive project documentation. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering Requirements: Assist in workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to capture business process needs.
• Coding & Configuration: Develop and deliver code for assigned modules, ensuring proper integration with system components aligned with client specifications.
• Testing & Trial Runs: Execute testing on assigned modules, validate functionality across interactions, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Implementation: Participate in the deployment of software applications and their integration with other systems to ensure operational stability.
• Maintain Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on project specifications and status using flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and clear structure.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
