Backend Developer - Gurugram (Hybrid)
DYNINNO is seeking a skilled Backend Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. This hybrid role focuses on building and maintaining robust, production-ready services and APIs within a microservices architecture. You will play a key role in developing scalable systems, enhancing feature sets, and ensuring system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable backend services using Node.js (preferably with TypeScript/NestJS) or Golang.
- API Design & Integration: Create and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, contributing to overall system efficiency and responsiveness.
- Microservices Architecture: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a microservices-based environment, focusing on efficient service-to-service communication.
- Database Management: Optimize queries for relational databases like MySQL/MariaDB and implement effective caching strategies using tools such as Redis.
- Collaboration & Deployment: Engage in peer code reviews, and collaborate with DevOps for seamless deployments leveraging Docker. Familiarity with Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Quality Assurance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to uphold code quality, maintainability, and system integrity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Backend Development, with a strong proficiency in either Node.js (TypeScript/NestJS preferred) or Golang.
- Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL principles and database design.
- Architectural Knowledge: Familiarity with REST API principles, asynchronous programming paradigms, and fundamental microservices concepts.
- Cloud & Tooling Exposure: Prior experience with Kubernetes and AWS is a plus but not a strict requirement.
- Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git and an understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Problem-Solving: A strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
