Role: Front End Developer

• Define, design, and develop business solutions through configuration and software development. Collaborate with analysts and architects to define technical direction aligned with business requirements.
• Create engaging/modern user experiences based on stakeholder specifications using clean, W3C-compliant front-end code. Focus on web standards, semantics, usability, accessibility, optimization, architecture, modularity, and reusability.
• Implement analytics tagging, conduct testing, and maintain documentation.
• Aid in processes, technology, and tools for custom web development; serve as a point of contact for cross-functional technical projects including execution, requirements gathering, deployment, and site administration.
• Identify improvements within creative marketing capabilities.

• 3+ years of experience in digital media experiences and web development with high-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Focus on implementing the best solution for a given context ('why' not just 'how').
• Knowledge of UX, SEO, and performance best practices.
• Familiarity with software repositories and technical collaboration tools; experience with CMS (Adobe Experience Manager/Marketing Cloud preferred).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and adapt requirements based on business discoveries or industry compliance.
• Excellent people skills for working with colleagues, project managers, stakeholders, and advisors. Continuous curiosity for learning.

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Angular).
• CSS Frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation) and Preprocessors (SCSS, Sass).
• BEM methodology knowledge; Data visualization libraries like D3.js preferred.
• SVG animation experience and Agile methodology knowledge.
