Junior Product Engineer - Senior
At EY, we're looking for a Junior Product Engineer - Senior with 3 to 7 years of experience. This role is crucial in supporting the technical aspects of product development and implementation. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure products meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the technical design and development of new products and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct product testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and performance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, specifications, and training materials.
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions for customers and sales teams.
- Analyze customer feedback and technical data to inform product improvements and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to product engineering.
Technical Skills:
- Databricks/ Snowflake /Java/ .net / and Python + Experience in Cloud (Azure/ GCS / AWS).
- Experience in AI and some models is desirable.
- Experienced in microservices, API development/ data architecture, application deployment.
- Skilled in DB queries and performance tuning.
- Technically Hands-on.
- Exposure to datalakes, CI/CD (nice to have).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science or related field), MCA.
- Basic understanding of product development processes and technical specifications.
- Experienced in software development, coding, or engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or contribute individually.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Certifications:
- Technical Certifications preferred.
