Key Responsibilities:

• AIS Workflow Design: Design, configure, and maintain Actimize AIS Execution Workflows using User Defined Types (UDTs), rules, Java plugins, and transformation logic. Collaborate with analysts and business teams to translate detection logic and model outputs into effective workflows.
• ActOne Case Management: Configure ActOne case structures, workflows, and routing rules. Map alerts and events to appropriate case types based on defined business rules. Design and optimize case lifecycle stages, alert triage processes, and review flows.
• UI Widgets & UX Support: Develop and customize ActOne UI widgets, including dashboards, tab layouts, and investigator tools. Integrate widgets with backend services for seamless data display and interactivity. Enhance the user experience for investigators and QA reviewers.
• Database & Integration Support: Understand Actimize internal data models (RCM/AIS) and support database updates or queries. Coordinate with DBAs and data engineers for UDT schema updates and alert backfills. Integrate external systems via APIs, Kafka, or custom plugins with development teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience with the NICE Actimize platform, including AIS, RCM, and ActOne.
• Proficiency in AIS Execution Workflow modeling, UDT creation, and plugin integration.
• Experience with ActOne case configuration, workflow definition, and lifecycle management.
• Working knowledge of SQL for updating or querying Actimize databases.
• Familiarity with Java, XSLT, and Avro/JSON data formats for integration tasks.
