EY is seeking a Tech M&A Specialist - Manager with up to 14 years of experience to lead the technology aspects of mergers and acquisitions, with a specific focus on IT separation initiatives for Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure. This role demands strong expertise in IT separation, including Data/DC Migration and System Integration, coupled with a deep understanding of Data Centre and Cloud technologies.

As a Manager, you will be responsible for managing M&A deals end-to-end from a technology perspective. You will guide and mentor your team, ensuring the successful execution of IT separation projects while maintaining client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete technology lifecycle of M&A deals, specializing in IT separation for Data Centre and Cloud Infrastructure, encompassing successful migration and integration.
• Collaborate with clients to define separation requirements and develop customized strategies aligned with their business objectives throughout the M&A process.
• Act as a central point of contact for engagements, utilizing your extensive knowledge of Data Centre and Cloud technologies to support and mentor the separation team.
• Work in close coordination with technical teams to guarantee timely and budget-compliant execution of separation projects, prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in IT separation, cloud technologies, and M&A best practices to enhance service delivery and inform strategic decisions.
• Contribute technical insights to proposals and participate in client discussions to support business development, particularly in the realm of M&A transactions.

Qualifications:

• Up to 14 years of experience in IT, with a significant focus on managing the technology aspects of M&A, IT separation, and Data Centre/Cloud Infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in managing IT separation projects within M&A transactions, with a proven track record of implementation and operational success.
• Excellent communication and client engagement abilities, capable of translating complex technical requirements into effective separation strategies.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in IT separation, cloud technologies, or M&A processes are highly advantageous.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in data migration and system integration tools to optimize separation processes during M&A.
• Comprehensive understanding of security protocols and compliance standards pertinent to IT separation in M&A contexts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for effective teamwork.
