Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Senior Developer with a minimum of 5 years of total experience, including at least 3 years of relevant experience in Salesforce development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather business, functional, and technical requirements, contributing to application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Perform customization and configuration of the Salesforce.com platform.
• Engage in testing, training, and documentation efforts.
• Support the sales cycle through solution definition, pre-sales activities, estimating, and project planning.
• Be hands-on in producing deliverables such as requirements specifications, design documents, status reports, and project plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application design, support, and practice development.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and user queries.
• Conduct code reviews for junior developers, providing feedback and suggestions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, effectively delegating tasks.
• Independently set up development environments and guide junior development teams.
• Communicate effectively with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation phases.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• Must hold at least the Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Direct experience with CRM projects for middle market and enterprise-sized companies.
• Proficiency in integrating complex business systems and knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and development.
• Strong software engineering skills on the Force.com Platform, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Unit Testing.
• Experience with core web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies like SCRUM.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work from the office on all workdays as part of an ODC engagement.
• Candidates should be available in Bengaluru or Chennai only.
