Power Platform Developer - EY GDS Consulting

We are seeking experienced Power Platform Developers to join our GDS Consulting team, specifically within the Digital & Emerging technologies group serving Microsoft accounts. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft Power Platform technologies and collaborate with various teams within our Consulting services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Office 365.
• Integrate data from multiple sources.
• Leverage Microsoft SharePoint/O365 knowledge in Power Apps development.
• Develop applications using Microsoft Power Apps, adhering to best practices and understanding PowerApps formulas.
• Work on Azure and Office 365 related projects as a Power Apps expert.
• Take full ownership of the application lifecycle from analysis to deployment.
• Analyze user requests and ensure successful delivery.
• Exposure to Angular/React is a plus.
• Familiarity with Power Virtual Agent, UI Flow, UI Flow Desktop, and Win Automation is desirable.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Collaborate effectively with engagement teams on planning, risk assessments, and documentation.
• Manage senior stakeholders efficiently.
• Lead teams to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
• Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and MDA), Power Automate, Power BI, CoPilot, and UI Flow.
• Experience with Model Apps, Power Pages, Desktop Flow, and Common Data Services is beneficial.
• Strong SQL experience and knowledge of O365/Dynamics 365.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver compelling technical demonstrations.
• Demonstrate a quick learning ability and a proactive attitude.
• Apply strong project management skills and foster teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Excellent communication skills; consulting experience is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills for managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
