Join EY's GDS Consulting team as a Senior Developer within the Digital & Emerging Technologies group, specializing in Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) and the Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability industry cloud. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing advanced sustainability solutions for clients globally. Your expertise will ensure these solutions adhere to industry best practices and deliver significant client value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Model Driven Apps (MDAs) to address diverse business needs, focusing on efficient data models, logical relationships, and optimized user interfaces, particularly for sustainability initiatives like carbon footprint tracking, resource management, and supply chain optimization.
• Configure and customize Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) solutions to meet specific client requirements and industry challenges.
• Create engaging dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize sustainability data and monitor progress towards objectives.
• Develop and maintain KPI models for measuring and tracking key performance indicators related to sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with data analysts, scientists, and other stakeholders to understand complex data models and ensure accurate, reliable data visualization.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in sustainable software development and integrate them into our solutions.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability Common Data Model.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Proven experience as a Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability developer or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on Model Driven Apps within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling principles and experience designing efficient data models in Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with the Power Platform Core, including Dataverse/CDS, Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Custom Pages, and Power Portals/Power Pages, as well as Dynamics CRM/365.
• Strong coding proficiency in Model Driven App Development, including Plugin Development, PCF components, Ribbon Customization, FetchXML, and XRM APIs.
• Demonstrated experience with Power Automate, focusing on efficiency and performance.
• Proven ability to create custom forms with validations using JavaScript.
• Experience developing PCF components is a significant advantage.
• Expertise in building user interfaces within the Model Driven App canvas and customizing forms, views, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation and logic implementation.
• Experience designing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies such as Azure Synapse, ADF, Azure Functions, and Data Lake.
• Familiarity with integration techniques, including connectors and custom APIs.
• Experience in Power BI, including advanced functions, DAX scripting, advanced Power Query, and data modeling on CDM.
• Experience with Power FX is a beneficial skill.
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build/release management.
• Experience leading teams to deliver high-quality results within timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations effectively.
• A quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, fostering teamwork and responsibility within engagement teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for a background in a professional services firm.
• Excellent communication skills, with consulting experience being a plus.
