Hybrid Cloud Specialist - Manager at EY, Noida, UP, IN

EY is seeking a seasoned Manager with up to 14 years of experience to lead cloud transformation initiatives, specializing in Azure cloud solutions. This role requires in-depth expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-grade Azure architectures that are scalable, cost-efficient, and operationally resilient. A strong understanding of Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions is also essential for integrating cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Azure cloud solution engagements, from assessment and planning through migration and implementation.
• Design and implement robust Azure cloud architectures that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend Azure services to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness for various workloads.
• Provide insights and practical experience on HCI solutions, including on-premises deployments and execution, to enhance infrastructure performance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand infrastructure modernization goals and propose high-performance alternatives.
• Develop comprehensive playbooks and governance frameworks for Azure migration and operational readiness.
• Offer technical leadership for solutioning and pre-sales activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize on-premises infrastructure, with a focus on virtualization and cloud integration.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards throughout transformation projects.
• Mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a significant focus on Azure cloud transformation.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions.
• Good understanding of HCI solutions and their integration with cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or equivalent are highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Azure services like Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery.
• Familiarity with cloud migration tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud architecture issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
