EY is seeking a Senior DET-ISR-EUC Engineer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing End-User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace solutions. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance the end-user experience and ensure the security and efficiency of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions using Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and AWS Workspaces.
• Manage and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Microsoft Intune and VMware AirWatch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to VDI and device management.
• Provide consultative and advisory services on EUC & Digital Workplace technologies, including assessing current infrastructure, identifying challenges, and proposing suitable solutions.
• Develop and implement robust device management policies and procedures, ensuring the security and compliance of mobile devices and applications.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to seamlessly integrate MDM solutions with existing infrastructure.
• Engage directly with clients to understand and translate explicit and implicit requirements into technical specifications.
• Utilize technologies such as Ivanti UWM, AppSense, or Citrix WEM to optimize the end-user experience and streamline EUC environment management.
• Implement advanced App Layering techniques for efficient application delivery and management.
• Construct and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts for task automation and process streamlining within the EUC environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Develop strategies for clients in areas such as EUC & Digital Workplace, Desktop Migration, VDI, Workplace Modernization, Deployments as a Service, Field Support Services, Mobility, and Workplace Transformations.
• Conduct assessments and modernization of existing Citrix infrastructure to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.

Desired Profile:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the End-User Computing (EUC) domain.
• In-depth knowledge of technologies including Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Ivanti UWM, and Citrix WEM.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Domain Migration, Microsoft Technologies, and Cloud-based workspace solutions.
• Strong experience with Ivanti UWM, Appsense, or Citrix WEM for enhancing user experience and streamlining EUC environment management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills with a focus on automation and management tasks.
• Experience with Desktop Migration, VDI, and AppSense technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the IT Infrastructure domain.
• Experience in Consulting Services.

Experience Required:

• 6 to 9 years

Education:

• B.Tech. / BS in Computer Science

Technical Skills & Certifications:

• Relevant OEM Level Certifications from Citrix, Microsoft, Amazon.
• Proficiency in Azure AVD, Intune, Public Cloud, and Intune management.
