EY GDS Consulting digital engineering is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud and Python Developer for Machine Learning (ML) to join our Emerging Technologies team in DET, GDS, based in Gurgaon, India. This senior-level role is a prime opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and significantly shape our technological advancements.

We are looking for a professional with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models on the Azure cloud platform using Python. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable data pipelines, collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions, and applying best practices in ML development, version control (Git), and testing. You will be instrumental in optimizing ML algorithms, performing feature engineering, and monitoring model performance to drive business outcomes.

This role requires expertise in Azure cloud services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), alongside proficiency in Python libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker) is essential. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills are crucial for success, as is the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively within a global, diverse team.

We encourage candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Consulting experience is highly desirable. While experience with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is a plus, a proactive attitude and a passion for learning the latest advancements in ML and cloud computing are paramount.
