Desktop Support

Role Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Desktop Support professional to provide advanced endpoint support. You will deploy and maintain devices while troubleshooting network and hardware issues within our client's departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Device Imaging & Deployment: Build, test, and deploy standard enterprise OS images using automated tools; configure desktops, laptops, and mobile endpoints for security compliance.
• Networking & Connectivity: Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues (TCP/IP, switches, routers), verify network port activations, and maintain client configurations across facilities in Tallahassee.
• Hardware Repair & Maintenance: Perform physical diagnosis, component repair, replacement, and preventative maintenance for all peripheral devices; conduct root cause testing to extend equipment lifecycle.
• Remote Toolset Administration: Utilize enterprise remote control software and help desk ticketing systems to triage and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
• User Technical Support: Respond to escalated requests via phone, remote sessions, or in-person assistance for applications and OS updates.
