About the Role

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Desktop Support professional for an onsite contract role based in Phoenix, AZ. The position provides comprehensive deskside support, including hardware and software installation, imaging, troubleshooting, equipment moves, ticket resolution, and end-user incident support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build machines, install software, and move customer office or cube equipment (workstation or laptop) from one location to another.
  • Provide support on various laptops, desktops, and tablets running Windows 7/10/11.
  • Perform IMAC refreshes and system imaging tasks.
  • Complete warehouse duties as required.
  • Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Understand the impacts of Active Directory domains and assist with data migration.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows OS, hardware, and software.

Ticketing

Candidates should have ticketing experience; familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus. The role involves conducting service request and incident resolution for moderately complex end-user hardware and software issues under moderate supervision.
