  • Evaluate complex IT incidents and resolve high-priority service desk tickets efficiently.

  • Serve as the technical authority on hardware, software deployment, network security protocols, and data migration strategies.
  • Lead projects with autonomy to implement robust IT Security Office requirements.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for all processes and procedures related to technical support activities using ServiceNow.
