Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer / IT Support Executive to join our team in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. This role involves providing comprehensive Level 1 technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, printers, scanners, and peripherals. You will also handle basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity. A key part of this role is managing ticket logging, tracking, and closure using ITSM tools, and collaborating with L2/L3 support teams for escalations. Additionally, you will be involved in system installation, configuration, and upgrades, as well as supporting user onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintaining asset inventory and documentation, along with providing both on-site and remote support, are crucial. Ensuring SLA compliance and high user satisfaction is paramount.
