Full Job Description

Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Type: Contract Position for 6-12 Months in Bengaluru/Gurgaon.

Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues (printers, scanners, phones).
  • Install, configure, and upgrade systems for new users and maintain existing infrastructure.
  • Deliver professional technical support via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Manage ticketing systems, document incidents, and track inventory.
  • Maintain network connectivity stability.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with remote tools like TeamViewer.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical support or help desk roles preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and effective time management.
