Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users via phone or remote channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS (Windows 10/11), and network-related issues effectively.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and group policies using Active Directory.
• Configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and email clients (Office 365/Outlook).
• Handle incidents and service requests efficiently using ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in IT Helpdesk / Service Desk environments.
• Proficiency in basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN setup and troubleshooting.
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem and Outlook administration.
• Able to resolve printer/peripheral issues including driver installation and configuration.
